Please state the credit card number, expiry date, cardholder name and validation code (CVC/CVV), which is printed on the reverse side of your credit card on the signature panel. According to the Croatian law, credit cards will be charged in local currency Croatian Kuna (HRK). For purpose of the payment Croatian National Bank exchange rate on the date of payment will be applied.
Confirmation and Registration
Upon receipt of the Registration Form and Registration Fee payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to each participant. Please present the confirmation letter at the Registration Desk to receive your meeting materials.

Registration Forms without payment cannot be processed. You will receive a written confirmation by e-mail or fax only if completed Registration Form and Registration Fee payment are received.
Modifications, cancellations and refunds
The Organizing Secretariat - Conventus Credo Ltd. - must be notified of any changes or cancellations of the registration in writing. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to charge an administration fee of 10 EUR for any change in registration.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations or night reduction received before April 1, 2010. - 30% cancellation fees
Cancellations or night reduction received after April 1, 2010 - 100% cancellation fees
